10 a.m.-12 p.m. (Physical training)

12 p.m.-2 p.m. (Technical education)

there will be a 20 minute break between part 1 and part 2, there will not be enough time to take your lunch outside. It is preferable to bring a small, simple snack (fruit, sandwich, cakes, etc.)

Single lesson (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.): € 30 (without subscription)
25 € (with subscription)

Annual membership € 35 , 1st year and 25 € from the 2nd year
to the NUBA association.
Valid for 1 year to the day.

Health pass
At the reception of RDC, please present your health pass OR a negative test result of less than 72 hours.

Exceptionally it is possible to come only to the first part of the morning or the second in the afternoon. If you come directly to the game in the afternoon, warm up in advance, please.
